computer question about RegClean

Can anyone tell me why RegClean stops working after i install MS WORD? And what can i do to fix it. The problem is with windows 98se and windows 95. I have already emailed the regcleanteam@microsoft.com but i may not get an answer.

RegClean will not work in Win98. Se or otherwise.

it was working fine untill i installed ms word!
