I don't like Marxist very much. He's a total dickhead sometimes. I pick him first.

He's very intelligent.

He's got a way of thinking about things that gets a person to consider an issue in a different way.

He's loyal to his bubbas and that's an extremely admirable trait.

He does come up with some creative insults when he sets his mind to it. (This is a good thing in my book.)

His sense of humor makes me laugh.

So, here's the deal. Pick someone here that you don't adore to pieces. They can be someone that you like, but we all know how much you love your best buds already. Pick someone you could do without and try to come up with five good things to say about them.

Yayati is not eligible as a complimentee for this thread.

Good idea! Another possible rule: you can't pick a complimentee who's been complimented in the preceeding 5 posts. If you can, try to pick a complimentee who hasn't yet been featured on the thread.

So, we are going to single out people we 'could do without'?

I understand it's to compliment them, but I would be wary.

I can't think of anyone I'd post about, other than the usual suspects, that I'd would want to single out for fear of hurting their feelings.

Moon

picked him already.

REDWAVE:

He stands up to anyone for what he believes.

He's persistant.

He doesn't stand down often.

He's not afraid to state his beliefs.

He's very well informed, even if he's a bit biased.

ZAM, we all know its me you could do without. Feel free to Compliment away!!

You bet I know you're teasing :) I've often been intrigued.

I dont think there is anyone out there I dislike . So Ill just check this thread out once in a while just to see if people dislike me.:D

If I could thnk of 5 good things about someone I disliked, I wouldn't dislike them, which I would think was the point if anyone other than KM started the thread;)

I don't think its necessary to pick somone you actively dislike. That in itself could be construed as adversarial and rude. KM said "Pick someone here that you don't adore to pieces" - I read that to mean not to pick your best friend or someone who you regularly compliment.

The Oppressed will certainly be protected by all the governments in Aryavarta. It makes no difference which government is in power in Aryavarta. The Oppressed will be protected.

So will their insurance rates go down?

My choice has nothing to do with the fact that she started this thread, it's just someone who intrigues me. Killermuffin is a somewhat well respected person here, and I think her bark is worse that her bite.

1) I love her humour, she has the ability to see the funny side of almost anything.

2) She's not a close friend, but she is someone I like a lot, I think maybe it's her writing talents that make me admire her.

3) If she thinks you're wrong, she will say so, she won't beat about the bush, she'll tell you you're dickhead.:D

4) She hates, loathes and despises people who beg to see her body, because she is a real woman, not a piece of meat.

5) She is one of three women on this board that in my opinion is very intelligent, I'm not telling who the other two are. :p

Zam,

It seems that I could pick you without it being an insult. We have posted together from time to time, but have not made any sort of a personal connection. Does that make sense?

When you log in, you don't race to see if Miss T is here nor do I look for you.

You also know that you have pissed me off a few times,

So, I am going to do you, Zam. It is a chance to compliment someone that would never otherwise know....

1. You are very fucking funny. :D

2. I love what you added to the Divorce thread. You have a big heart and a wonderful ability to empathize. (An uncommon trait.)

3. You obviously are a committed father. Something else that you shouldn't just shuffle your feet and sayyyy "Awww shucks, anybody would do it."

4. You fix the shit that pisses me off. My first post to you was rather scathing and you immediately pmed me asking how to do a better, less insulting job of your thread. Two thumbs up!

5. You don't do any back biting or unnecessary flaming. You also didn't run and hide when the "portly" pressure was on.

Ya got lots of character.

I had to edit to spell the word compliment correctly! what a dumbass!

That felt better than I thought it would. Thanks :D :rose:

Now it's my job to make sure you can't 'do without me' :D

Well, therein lies your challenge!

Miss T is rather bitchy when it comes to those she lets into her "can't do without " list!

Just joking!

Zam,

What's wrong with your hair dude that makes you have to wear a baseball cap... inside? Are you bald bro...atleast thinning right?
Tell me, I aint racist towards bald people, I just think they are sad for trying to cover it up. No matter what deception they try to use a discerning eye can usually spot them from a mile away Lol:)

LOL...I have a high forehead, which, as I get older I'm getting more conscious about. Due in large fact my eyebrows are so very light, it appears as though I have more forehead than maybe I should.

Make any sense?

But that's not why I wear a hat. I wear a hat inside sometimes because I like to. Why do you ask?
