A few weeks back Whispersecret started a thread proposing a literotica get together in Los Angeles. I thought I would revive the topic.

I am going to be in LA from March 12th to 16th (attending the Internet World conference).

I don't really know anyone in LA so, if anyone is interested in the possibility of getting together for lunch or dinner or drinks or to walk the aisles of the Internet World Exhibit Hall, then lets do it.

And feel free to email me if you want.

I get there a couple times a year... perhaps our schedules will sync up in May... *smile*

Vancouver is Hollywood North? *lol* Then you won't have a problem coming a bit south? *grin*

Unfortunately I'm being coerced into going on a family ski trip at that time. My dad is renting a cabin in Lake Tahoe, and I'm getting the guilt trip. So I have to go. The kids don't see their grandpa that much anyway.

I don't like skiing. I hope to at least get some good writing in.

Sorry, PB#1.

My trip back to Cali looks to be in doubt as well. If it weren't for the car trouble...

To bad... I think our conversations would have been very interesting, to say the least. Hopefully some other time, though.

Dillinger, I wish I could. It is both vehicles, and one thing after another. And worrying about where to get the money to fix them, and get a new place after the move. And, and, and...*sigh*

Sorry Dillinger.....Count me out as well.

:p

Eeeek..Washington..

lol, I am in Spokane and I try to make it out to California every couple of years and it seems to be about that time...then in the summmer I get to go back to Texas...(really the only place to be) I don't know any one here too well, but everyone is awesome and I would love to meet anyone...so I guess I will just have to keep watching for this huge meeting of the Lit board..

I will never visit LA while white trash such as this lives there...

I'm sure LA won't miss you. Your loss.

No loss at all, go look at the url and tell me you would be happy to be any where near that person.. Truthfully...

Ha. I assume you sit in your house, where ever it may be, and refuse to leave it? No matter where you live, there are weird people in the world. I don't avoid a place of millions due to one person.

I thought the Internet WAS a World Conference?

I used to work cruise ships to Alaska that left out of Vancouver, and I'd stay over a day or two to see some buds doing TV up there. (It most definitely is Hollywood North.)
One thing I found interesting about TV production up there -- it rains ALL the time, but it's such a fine misty rain that it often doesn't show up on camera. So many episodes of X-Files were actually shot in the rain, though you may not have noticed. Watch for actors blinking a lot or wiping their brow as the drops collect on their lashes.

Me and the Wolfster are moving up to Washington during that
week.

Just your damn luck...all abandoned in LA.

I sure picked the wrong damn week to go to LA! *sigh*

I'm sorry... sounds like you've got a few things to take care of... I hope you get it all worked out the way you want. *hug*
