I've read one comic in my life and I disliked it. This is probably the most I've ever posted in a comics thread. That doesn't mean I don't know they exist.

My theory is that dreamnesia is part of the grand design, meant to keep us from becoming disappointed with our real lives. If you remembered any of your blobfish sex dreams, for instance, you would never again be satisfied with reality. It's a catch 22.

I know they exist. I've read more then a few, too. I actually have a box full of comics from when I was a kid buried in a closet or something too.

I'm just not a kid anymore, and have to prioritize my time. And I chose other things over them. Including Lit. Congratulations, Litsters, I love you more then comics.

That's the one I read. I liked the movie more and I really didn't like the movie all that much. I just found it more fun than the comic.

Really? I loved the comic, and the movie was pretty good. Alan Moore, being the dickbag that he is, is always bitching about it, but then he says that he's never watched it! Same with V for Vendetta. I've never read that, but I will if I ever find a copy.

In defense of the thread, Supergod is a pretty damn good book. Ellis creates a new pantheon, and every one of them is fucking bizarre. His imagination goes down some really twisted paths before it's all said and done.
