The air is warm and moist, yet tropical breezes caress the skin. Sounds like luau time to me! So bring something you'd enjoy at the party ...or just bring yourself.

It's a time for luscious food, delicious beverages, soft lighting and great company. Come, meet & mingle, and above all else, HAVE FUN!

You might want to have some fun getting started with creating your Hawaiian name here.

My name is: Lopine Lina (sounds a little too close to "Loopy" to me, but there are those who'd say that's probably spot on! *grin*)

click here to find out your Hawaiian name THEN tell us what it is! Aloha!

I'm in need for vacation (accrued, of course, lol) .. so, where/whom books my flight/itenerary?

well first ya dig a pit-then you build a big fire in it- then you put rocks on top of the fire-let the rocks get really hot-red hot...then you place the poor little piggy on top of the hot rocks-pour a little water on them to creat steam and quickly cover the whole pit with layers of banana leaves that act as an insulator...the trick is to have sticks to poke and stir and to keep some extra fire and rocks nearby so you can maintain the heat-

oh and keep the shitfaced tourists away from the fire lest they trip and fall in...

girls in bikinis doing the hula is a must too...tiki torches...bowls of poi...spearfishers out in the water to get some fresh squid and eels-

sound good so far? :p

mmmm

Aloha, G/F

Make mine a Penia' Coloda, Someplace. After four or five I'll be doing the hula on the table (or under it :p).

Thank you Birdie (aka our resident expert on things Hawaiian). Was everyone taking notes?

I think this wine's starting to go to my head a little. Rocks, pig, sticks, (I think there were leaves in there someplace), bikinis, poi, okay ...I got it, so far.

but NO eels or whatever other squiggly things *shudders* you said. Yuck! We're sticking to the nice stuff in here.

If I can get some guys to dig a pit, will you oversee the whole rock, fire, pig thing? It DEFINITELY sounds like guy-work to me! *nods*

Greetings Someplace, Gemini and All,

A getaway sounds perfect and a tropical destination would be soooooooo fine.

May I join your kicked-backed-ness for some fun and relaxation.

Always good to follow the rules, even better when there are none to follow.
