Hi 
I've spend a couple of relaxing days at a friends summer house on an island in the archipelago. Lot's of talking, some swimming, sauna, playing with our kids, taking the boat to the grocery store... just lovely!

I'd run with you
Both mornings when I woke up I put on my robe and went straight down for a morning dip. So refreshing, but the water was unusually cold, around 16-17c (60 f).

(I am very humbled)... you're right. I don't have to battle the darkness to that extent, nor dig myself out of snow to walk the path to the road just ahead. I don't think I have the stamina that you do. I yearn for the sun... always... that's not to say I don't enjoy lazing a day away in bed, listening the rain hit the tin roof but I seriously suffer from winter blues when the sun is hidden for too long. Just over two weeks to go and it will be Spring... one of my favourite seasons - new life! Happy to hear you're movin and groovin
