Combining Kinks

I want to do a story that combines a lot of kinks.
A few of them include:
Bondage
Slavery
Nonconsent
Tattoos/branding.
Slave collars
Name calling
Public and Private Humiliation.
Spanking
Whip
Group Sex
Incest
Blackmail/Coercion

I know that this will take a long time to inclue all those kinks and more, but I'm willing to stick to it. I need help with combining all of those things in a way that doesn't sound tacky. I don't want it to start out with a typical scene of girl getting sold into slavery, office blackmail, girl going online to find Master, etc. I want it to be more realistic. (No, i don't tend to read rps I'm not in so there are other common ways a rp can start.) I want something different, maybe magical.

He leads Wendy and the crew into Never, Never land where they are captured by Capt Hook.

How about a couple that's lost that "spark" and wants to see a therapist... who tells them to try one section each day/week and intends to hand them one of those "101 sexy ideas" books but mistakenly hands them a manual on different fetishes.


Personally, I think it could be written funny as all get out, or played nearly seriously, especially if the two were fairly naive.
