However, this user has been banned nearly a hundred- I mean, LITERALLY, not even exaggerating, one hundred times.

If I was the forum admin, he would have been gone long ago- permanantly- along with Chadrone (only a dozen bans so far), Rigthguide, and most of the various Hisarpy/PinkparkWallstreet5soul iterations.
