I'm not the kinda person who puts a lot of shit on my food. Especially stuff like hot sauce. When I put hot sauce on something, all I taste is the hot sauce.

I put a little pepper on potato products, butter and some spice on popcorn, syrup on waffles and pancakes, and that's about it.

I hardly ever eat salt. My blood pressure thanks me.

I love hot stuff! Personally I like a lot of black pepper on my mac and cheese, and red pepper in my spaghetti sauce, but I use hot sauce to make awesome chicken.
