There’s an acronym collision between BDSM and a school of psychotherapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’m imagining a lost patient showing up to a pro domme who dresses down for intake meetings in Librarian Chic, being mistaken for a CBT therapist, hearing what he’s after in therapy and coming up with a “treatment plan” that somehow actually does end up helping him. Maybe a bit of a nod to one of @Erozetta ’s latest short stories.

This idea triggered by bumping into https://forum.literotica.com/threads/cbt.1640076/ in new posts.

I'm thinking he immediately starts talking about what he needs when he sits down, she's mostly specialized in impact play and degradation but wants to expand her practice into praise kinks as well and something about him makes her think he would be a good guinea pig. Maybe she picks up the 'therapist' vibe immediately but thinks that's him describing the scene he wants. She keeps giving him homework that, while occasionally weird to him, by and large end up repairing some aspect of his life. But she takes the reward process slow, and he's a combination of too non-confrontational and experiencing some transference which she keeps failing to shut down. By the time he's getting handjobs for filing his taxes early and repairing his coparenting relationship with his ex, he's so into her that he just goes along with it.

I suppose, anyone interested enough would know, but I'm for one would admit I'm lost on the exact "other" rendering of said acronym, even after briefly skimming the linked tread titled with it... although that did give me vague idea what it could be about.
