I have a head cold that seems to want to hang in there.

Once the weather settles down into either cold or warm, I'll be ok.

It's just all these temperature changes, one day highs of 35, the next in the high 50's.

I've found that Old Granddad is the best cure-all. Drink a pint of it and when you wake up 3 days later your cold is gone!
