I have experience writing web applications, and as a user and a fan of CHYOO, I'm willing to help edit the code such that it can support the features suggested in other threads in this forum. (This is conditional on it being in a language I understand 
).
Alternately, I'm willing to put up a CHYOO-like interface on a new website. The main problem with that is that I doubt we'd be able to preserve all the existing stories. Granted, I'm not sure about that, and, depending on the agreement that people sign when they sign up, perhaps stuff could be moved.
I'm not trying to be a rabble-rouser -- I'm just saying that I hate to see CHYOO stagnant because the administrator(s) aren't on the ball. I'm willing to be an admin, of this site or another, if it will help get the system up and running again.
