If you can find one that fits, they work as advertised. They trap blood in there, which WILL make you a bit bigger than normal. By the same principle, if you're having any trouble, a cock ring can also be a cheap solution.

At the risk of embarrassment, I'll actually give a bit of a testimonial. I'm a third year pharmacy student, and our classes this semester are incredibly hard. like most everyone else has said here, they do pretty much work as advertised. They will make you harder, not necessarily bigger I have found, but maybe a bit thicker, and a much more pronounced, shall we say, head. I think that thickness or definition or whatever is probably responsible for all of the added female stimulation (unless you get a vibrating one). From my (male) perspective, it doesn't really add any pleasure, it just makes things a bit... different. Which, in and of itself, is nice.

Also, I'd add, get a stretchy silicone type one before you spring for the hard rubber or metal ones. Yes. Go stretchy before you go anything else. In fact. Just go stretchy. I've had plenty of hospital stories about things not being able to be removed. Don't go there. You don't need anything fancy. You're just applying a LITTLE pressure to prevent blood from escaping. Rubber will do the job JUST as well as that metal one. And for the love of god, do NOT try to make something yourself. That's likely to end up going back, and then some doctor will end up making fun of you for years. Trust me. We do that.

And as for bigger, he's right. You're not LONGER, you're bigger. I guess I wasn't really clear in that.

I liked it, but kind of craved a non-stretchy kind. But then, just saw a very useful caution, saying, "Make sure you can get it off" Hehe. Good advice! I think I might try a hard rubber one next, and keep some good cutters nearby. Lol
