That's right, they say you shouldn't wear them for more than a couple hours. It's like that erection lasting 4 hours or more on the viagra commercial disclaimers. I've use cock rings probably a dozen or so times and never had any issues. Just stay away from the ones that have really thin bands as I've found they are uncomfortable and leave a ring when removed.


As for what's the point, well maybe nothing, maybe everything. They CAN help in come cases with premature ejaculation. They thickening effect may not be noticable to some women, it may be to others. My wife for example noticed it and was intrigued by it and I think a bit mentally aroused by it, but it didn't really make a difference to the physical sensations for her. Well I'm not expert and I've never read anything official and I hate to give anyone bad informationt hat might injur them. I can say though that I have worn one for upwards of an hour, and while I was a little sore for a few minutes after removing it, it was because of the ring it left, kinda like if your waistband was too tight. This was a thin one though, the thicker ones do not do this.

Also, I think if you wear it under your scrotum it is safer than the small stretchy rings that just go around the penis alone. Those penis only ones cut off both veins, where as under the scrotum still let's blood into the penis, so it's not a total cut off of the circulation. Again though, that's based on my experiences, not on medical information.

Ah, yes, such a wonderful observation of Bernoulli's Principle. In laymans terms could be stated that "as a fluid passes through a pipe that narrows or widens, the velocity and pressure of the fluid vary. OK I'm not talking ED pills though, I'm talking these herbal supplements like Enzyte that make claims of "Natural Male Enhancement". They claim to make a larger and stronger erection, and it's by increased dilation of the erectile material.

I think your description of the way ED pills work makes sense, but I haven't really researched those. I just happened to look into the Enzyte like things because of a conversation I had with a friend who was considering using them for ED. He was having issues due to a reaction to his blood pressure medication and was too freaked to talk to his doctor. I had JUST started taking blood pressure meds so this conversation made ME freak!!!!

Well I finally convinced him to talk to his doctor, who changed his meds, and now he's fine. I was lucky in that I've never had that reaction to my meds, though I guess this is a common side effect.
