I'm thinking about trying a cock ring. I've seen them before but never used one and I want to make sure I do it the right way.

When I put the ring on, does it just go around the base of the penis or does it go around the scrotum too?

i've seen three different kinds... one goes around the shaft, one around the shaft and scrotum, and one that kind of does a "figure 8" type o' thing around the shaft and scrotum.

of course, there's prolly one that's more like macrame... loop around the shaft, behind the scrotum, around both knees, up over the shoulders, loop around the neck, then behind the ears, down to the hands (weaving between all fingers) and finally connecting to a butt-plug lodged in your nether-place. plant-hanging from this device is optional.

seriously though... when you buy one there should at least be a picture, if not actual instructions, to guide you. just be careful not to leave it on for too long because you CAN do damage in some cases. i think most recommend a max of 20 minutes.
