I’ve push mowed a 0.5 acre yard with my 1.7 pound stainless steel sack weight on. I wore boxer briefs to do this to keep my balls from twist torquing with each step. I've recently made my own out of materials I've scrounged from Dollar-type and Crafting Stores.

I did wear one for most of the day while doing everyday activities.

I even managed to hang a three pound dumbbell from one of the larger cock rings placed just behind the glans. I did a five minute walk on the treadmill with 2 pounds.
