The smallest I can wear is 26mm... Wide band works best but O ring type swells me more.
What ranges do members or SO wear on the Board?

Are do you?
Any long term harm?

26mm sounds dangerously small, unless - you have to be talking about elastic silicone, rubber or something. In which case, comparisons are going to be pretty difficult.

Mine are metal. I like the width/breadth of the ring to be at least 10mm. I don't like narrow rings, they feel pinchy. My favorite inside diameter is 42mm, though I have a couple of 40's that are also pretty good. You wouldn't think 2mm would make much difference but to me it does. I'll go up to 45 or 50mm if I'm using an erection pill at the same time.

Yeah it kinda hurts a bit. Getting it on is a tad painfull but getting it OFF is a teeth clencher!

I have noticed some wide banded ones...have to be a larger size for sure.

I use two steel cock rings. One is 25 mm, which fits behind the glans. It's not a really tight fit, so I don't use it when I'm fucking, just when I'm strolling around. The second one is 30 mm, which goes down to the base of my cock when it's flaccid, and fits snugly when it's erect.

I also use a 50 mm steel ring that goes around my cock and balls. I obviously can't get it on when I'm hard, but it goes on easily when I'm soft.

To be clear, these are all inside diameters.

I have a Lucresia and Du Sade dome cage which is 40mm. It's the smallest they had and have had no issues with discomfort. Length wise it's 1" as I'm tiny flaccid.
