Several bowls full of condoms and several waste baskets! Several bottles of Lube, water based only & unscented. Get whatever is available, doesn't really matter. Stack of clean face/hand towels.

It's always nice to take a shower after, so clean body towels and a small bar of soap (hotel type) for each guy.

A comfortable, warm & open room with some mats or soft rugs on the floor. Chairs around edge for resting and whatever...sturdy open ones are fun. For clothing, a spare room for that.

Fancy: a sling!!!!! A padded bench. A couch in the middle of the room.

A couple pitchers of ice water and cups.
