My favorite is flat shoelaces - the longer the better - only use one. Start by pulling down the testicles as far as I can, wrap the shoelace around the scrotum several times, fairly tightly (it can stand a lot - just watch that nothing turns blue). Then - sorry don't know the names of the knots or ties, but when he's semi-hard (easier if your partner is one of those people who is long when not hard, get him a little aroused first if he is) wrap around the base, then use reverse tension to sort of make a zig-zag down the length, then back up to the base. You should consider the type and thickness of rope you use. For binding cocks and balls, I would suggest going to your local fabric store and check out the smaller diameters of cotton rope used for holding curtains back.
