I have started using stuff in my shop - vises, drill press, rope of course, c-clamps, vice grips, as well as all the leather straps, cock rings, sounds, candle hot wax, needles and plaster casts and electrical zap
toys I have used for years.... hmmm, what am I missing....

People come up with absolutely delightful toys they make themselves from stuff picked up at the local Ace Hardware store.
There are places in Home Depot that, when I go down "those" isles, I start to get a hard-on if I'm not careful
nothing special. its easy to copy a t style ball spreader. if you got one already its a good start. now the one you make could be a custom fit or make it adjustable.
maybe add a small D ring on the bottom. easy to hook stuff to, like a leash to be lead around by. another small or braded strap run from the same D ring on the bottom, run it in the opposite direction betwwen your cheeks like a thong, to maybe, with your hands cuffed behind your back,
