Do you mean... an otherwise well-behaved woman who, when wearing particular clothes, gets attention that makes her behave less well-behaved, or, at least thinks less well-behaved thoughts?

I like that idea. The woman wears something a LITTLE outside her comfort zone... maybe because it was a gift from her husband or a close friend. She's at first a little shy about it because it's a little more daring than her usual style... but she notices the attention it inspires... and starts to like the thrill?

Or, in the case of the turtleneck, it's not obviously more daring, but, highlights her features in a way that inspires more attention?
