War was declared in Gaza as well by both sides. One side by over-border hostile action the other by its justifiable response. The fact that your side, HAMAS, decides to hide its cowardly self under schools, Hospitals, and refugee camps, does not diminish Israel's right to go after all of them with overwhelming force. Terrorists are not entitled to benefit from the laws of war. All civilian casualties that result from this justifiable extermination are on Hamas, its supporters, and its financiers.

There is a lot to unpack here.

• I take journalist reports on a case-by-case basis. I know there have been some Hamas-favorable coverage from "embed" in the Hams militia.
• When I see actual video footage of Israeli troops looting and abusing civilians I post the footage here.
• I accept anything and everything that comes out of the Gaza health ministry as the 'gold standard' of truthfulness. They have been ceaselessly crucified by Israel's government and military for years. The Gazan health ministry got smart and began clearing all press through independent NGOs such as UN agencies and the Red Cross and the Red Crescent. I understand you do not feel the same way.
• Conversely, the Israel military has zero credibility with me. None. They lie routinely to advance their cause. They tricked President Biden into making the "40 beheaded babies" false claim. They routinely refer to captured female troops as hostages. They shoot unarmed Jews screaming don't shoot in Hebrew. They routinely piss on the public's pants and insists that it is raining.
