Looks like Israel is pulling back troops. From the announcement, it's not clear what the strategy is. They seem to be suggesting that they have full control of Gaza, so reduced troops are sufficient.

The article is oddly focused on Netanyahu's recent defeat in the courts, as if that has some bearing on this action.

The Israeli propaganda machine has been pushing this "Hamas cowardly hiding behind civilians" trope from the first day of their genocidal campaign.

It fits their "Israelis Brave, Hamas Cowards" narrative.

You know wat? It's probably true...the population density in Gaza is incredibly dense, you can't shoot a weapon in Gaza without a good chance of hitting a civilian.

My opinion is that the Israeli IDF doesn't give a fuck....like that one Israeli defense minister said "there are no civilians in Gaza".

And all the fighting would stop on both sides if both sides chose Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior.
I don't have a lot of faith in that scenario happening, though.

the reason they would target Iran? they don't like Sunni Muslims and they were the target group this time, celebrating the hamas high official killed 4 years ago by an American drone in Iraq. Overall, i'd say it's about exploiting the times in order to push the middle east into full-blown conflict

I read that it was a suitcase bomb too, just at that point there was no one taking credit. That's going to make it hard for Iran to take action on Israel, and from what I read, Iran has promised Israel will pay. So I wonder if they eat their words now,or what?
