Did I get this idea here? I can't recall. Anyway, I bought a clicker a while back, the kind you use to train your dog. It takes me a long, long time to reach orgasm via oral sex. Don't get me wrong, I love the feelings I get from oral sex, but it has to be given *just right* and at just the right moment for me to go over the edge. My pet is skilled at oral sex, but as usual no sooner would I start to cum than he'd change up something and the feeling would pass.

Enter the clicker. It took a couple tries, but I taught my pet that if I click this tool, he was to change NOTHING. If the orgasm began to build, then passed, I'd simply move his head and he'd start with something new.

I've gone from an orgasm within 45 minutes to an orgasm within 5 minutes. And he likes it because it offers him instant feedback on whether or not he's performing to my specifications.

Sounds like you're on a winner. Solutions are fun to find, even better to implement successfully.

Why not just tell him verbally?

My wife and I talk to each other all the time when we're having sex - sometimes it's just a breathless "yeah do that" but it works.

When I am approaching orgasm my brain has a harder time forming words. When I do for what ever reason it seems to break the mood a little. Also sometimes in that situation a verbal instruction seems like complaining or somehow not quite right.

So I can se how a clicker or a code word or gesture might work really well in this situation.

Fair enough. I have a finger tap I use in that kind of instance.

I just say "don't stop", which he correctly interprets as "don't change a THING".
