Clear out your PMs people

A periodic reminder for all of us- clear out your PMs so that when you send one to someone, they are able to respond to you! A full box prevents that.

iIs there a way to turn off the automatic "store a copy" option. I try to remember to turn it off but no luck a lot of the time.

Clearing that is the easiest way to reduce the fullness, IMO.

I have around 20 things in my box (last time I checked) but it said I have 77--this drives me nuts.

How can I make it reflect the accurate number?
(And yes, I already cleared out my tracking box AND the copy box.)

Recheck the time period you are looking at and change it from the "last 10 days" to all of them. You most likely have a lot of old PMs that you aren't seeing on your screen. Someone else here made the same mistake recently so it is a common error.
