Google 'cleaning microfiber furniture' Also tons of info.

You might have some luck asking here.
Personally, I'd call the store and/or manufacturer to ask what they suggest in addition to doing the research. If all else failed, I'd try to order a replacement cushion or buy a nice, washable slipcover.
I'm not sure if that brand has some kind of coating like Scotchguard, but just about everything I found cautioned people to use distilled water because the minerals in other water can cause stains or permanent marks.5pintshefound said:if its like teh ashly durapella set, you shoujld be able to just get as much of the dried on stuff off as possible,
and then use water and a mild detergetn... should work just fine...
The only problem is that even a professional cleaner can't get everything out... I was a professional carpet and upholstery cleaner for about three years and you'd be amazed at the condition that people would let their carpet or upholstery get into before they'd call us... And then, they'd expect us to make it look like brand new.NaiveOne said:Ususally you get a 5 year warranty with those things, so you might be able to call the company and get it professionally cleaned/recovered. Having just bought one of those couches (It will be delivered after the holidays- yay!), I know they sell cleanser specifically for microfiber couches at the furniture store.
Good luck!
