I am circumcised and there is really no way to tell if either way is more sensitive or not.
To enlighten a little: When a friend of mine got married (some years ago) on there wedding night his new bride was so tight that he actually tore his foreskin. I am uncircumcised and am glad that my parents chose to leave my genitals intact. I find it rather strange that the terminolgy we use to describe whether or not one is circumcised actually makes it sound like being circumcised is the natural state of the human male's penis.
