Cindy Joins the Guys for Cigars

Four couples get together for dinner every month. Tradition is that after dinner the guys all go outside and smoke cigars.
One month, Cindy attends without her mate. After dinner she announces she'd love a cigar.
What happens to Cindy besides having a good smoke?

I think the question is, does she just get involved with one of the guys, or all of them?

And the only part I'm struggling to think about is the "link" in how she gets from going out for the cigar to whatever acts they get up to. Though I do have an image in my head of one of the women from another couple asking where she's gone, and her partner says something like "gone to the restroom" or something while she's actually under the table "blowing his cigar."

Cindy is a cigarette smoker (or an ex-smoker if you prefer) and doesn't know how to smoke without inhaling. The guys have to show her how it's done. She still keeps getting cigar smoke in her lungs. Finally, one guys says, "Don't think of it as sucking on it. Think of it as just kissing it. Like this." And he makes small kissing motions on his cigar. Cindy leans in and puckers up. "Show me here" she says, pointing to her mouth.
