was going to do a story beside to make it just a thread in chyoo crossover 2

reason got rejected 4 times with them saying it was to short. Thats all. It was like like over 700 words

so added it to the story. Under prequels section. It about inga

I had my other story rejected recently. The gave me this checklist saying here are several reasons why it may have been rejected. The weird thing is that nothing on their list applies to my story. I've seen other more recently approved stories, which are way shorter than your's Lilguy only a few hundred words my intro was at least 1500.

I had the same experience. I had a story rejected for poor grammer and spelling. I have been through it several times and cannot find any problems. I did improve the plot a bit so it won't hurt anything, and it is nice to be able to delete rejected stories so I won't have to look at the reject forever. I plan to just resubmit it and see if it passes muster this time.

The strange thing is I have seen stories approved that seemed as if they were done by a third grader. It must just depend on who is reviewing the story, and what level of care they put into checking the story before approval.

Personally I prefer a tougher review as it helps keep the quality of the stories better.
