Christmas Card Thread

Those of you who live across the pond should do so sooner rather than later.

And, yes...I realize there is only a small amount of people that will be free enough with their address to do so and that's fine. I just wanted to present the opportunity to do so.

If anyone else would like to open up their card box ...post it here, too.

That thought had crossed my mind...but I had images of me chained to the keyboard for hours typing in email addy's and I'm not the type of person to send the same card to everyone.

I just wanted to be a little more personal with those who also wanted to do so.

I have to say I didn't give the amount of time ecards would take...... oh well time to edit my list LOL

I've had 3 card requests so far. It's a rather cool way to get to know a few people, I didn't otherwise interact with much.

If you should like to get a card from one of these lovely, loving and thoughful people but are a tad worried about your address you can do this (In the US, at least, I don't know about other countries)

Type your address thusly (this is mine)

Use the your city, state, and zipcode to your local post office, they will hold your mail until you come down and claim it. You must have ID that matches your mail.

Yes, this is legal and has been used for many years, and yes, I have used it myself while working as a migrant worker, my family knew my route and would mail me things to the next town.
