He is by far one of the slimiest, piece of shit, corrupt politicians in the history of the state.

I doubt Cuomo is coming to come out of this unscathed, although I have no idea whether or not he was in on all this corruption. Considering it was Cuomo, Skelos and Silver making deals that affected all of NY, I can't see him not being at least investigated.
