i'd have been so on this as a kid... MAKING kids attend? fuck that noise.
 
We are eventually going to reach the point where the U.S. is no longer a "Christian nation" even in a demographic sense.

It has already happened in Europe.
 
They should call it a "Christian Sanctuary State" and provide refuge from the Democrats persecution of Christians in America. :D

They walked out....good for them. It's unconstitutional and illegal.

As soon as I saw this headline I thought "Fellowship of Christian Athletes"....yup. They do that all the time at schools. Hold VOLUNTARY rallies. Deep in the article, you'll see the majority volunteered to attend BUT two...TWO teachers thought it was a mandatory assembly and made their entire class attend. Naturally chaos ensued.
 
There are still millions of Americans old enough to remember the "Christian consensus" in this country. (In the late 19th Century, this was so all-pervasive that the most popular charitable cause was funding missionaries to Africa and Asia.) They do not appreciate how much American society has changed. Most Americans, even if church members, are no longer traditional trinitarian Christians -- that is, they no longer believe in salvation by faith. They no longer believe non-Christians go to Hell.
 
I remember one of those. The motivational speaker wasn't religious, just loud, for a solid 45 minutes. He had some BS about love or something. I don't remember his exact words, just the shouting. Some students had fun with that for a few days. "I love you man!" He did six or seven of those speeches that day. If parents had been there, maybe they would have smacked the principal and the school board for wasting their taxes.

It's not a waste. It is an advertisement for the practical value of massive doses of cocaine.

Private Schools have their own set of rules that are different from public schools....I guess you didn't know that?

Why do you think CRT applies only to blacks and whites? You often appear much smarter here, than you really are.
