Any chocolate is better than none at all .
I prefer dark.
My favorite are the European-made cordials with a
cognac/fudge center.
You can usually find them in the duty-free shops
at international airports.

Oohhhhhhhh why does the best stuff have to be
found only in duty free shops at the airport????

1 Chocolate is good for mood. It contains serotonine and phenylethylamin the same thing people in love secretes
2 Chocolate is good for heart due to flavonoids (antioxydant)
3 Chocolate boost the immune system
4 Cholate contains iron,calcium and magnesium
5 Chocolate is harmless for cholesterol
6 Chocolate don't cause cavities it contains something that fights the added sugar

I just only found that fact out about chocolate not causing cavities....I
read that its the cocoa butter in the chocolate that helps to prevent
cavities......regardless....I still do brush my teeth 2-3x a day

The best thing is, indulge, but do it in moderation...that is the key!

Oh, I forgot to mention Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Muffins!! lol

Im actually allergic to the cocoa bean, so I can eat fake chocolate.

Its gotten so bad sometimes, that I'll have a craving for chocolate and eat and eat! its so yummy, but my body cant handle the oil the cocoa bean has, its a natural thing. anyway.... my whole point is that I LUV CHOCOLATE!!! hee hee....

My mom used to make for New Year's (a number

cheesecake with this pure chocolate cookie bottom-

If it is only the oil in the bean, may be you can use the dry cocoa powder to make hot chocolate. Milk, cocoa and sweetner(honey or mapple syrup) Of course messing around allergia can be dangerous

what type of "fake" chocolate?
Oh yes.....the feeling of wanting chocolate, then
overindulging in it...I know the feeling......esp.
when it comes around to Easter, Halloween, and
Valentine's Day! I remember receiving one of those
small heart-shaped boxes of candy and by the end of
two days it was gone!

can't help it........i was born with a sweet tooth!

I voted for white chocolate - not sure why really - guess it is because milk and plain tend to be the "standard" and white is always seen as a treat.

My favourite chocolate shop is in Ypres, Belgium - the smell lures me - yes, it even distracts me from a Trappist beer at a bar in the square - the smell says "buy me - taste me - enjoy me!"

are diabetic.......they can have sugar free or no sugar
added chocolate items i.e pudding, candy, ice cream/
frozen yogurt......so I do understand where you're coming
from because these two residents LOVE the real thing
too........
