Chocolate Domination

They're good. Strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries are more to my taste though. But those cookies look fantastic. You're quite a little cook there! Any interest in joining the "Chocolate Domination" thread's kitchen staff? ;)

I would welcome any position on your staff Mr. Dave. :cattail:

I have a sweet tooth. I inherited it as a family legacy. This mixed with a conversation earlier today where CurlyKat helped spark the idea... I figured this might be a good topic for my first thread.

I know chocolate has been found to have positive medical effects; has created massive amounts of work opportunities (farming, processing, etc.); and well... just tastes so damn good. (Sorry to all those allergic) It can be claimed to be an artistic medium and competitions are held to see who is the best at creating with it.

Chocolate has become one of many symbols of love/affection- especially for Valentine's Day. From here, rightly so, chocolate has moved into the bedroom. From foreplay to being a main part of some people's sexual experience. But has it really entered the BDSM world?

Especially with regard to positive reinforcement, I definitely see how chocolate could be utilized in a D/s relationship... but I want to hear other sentiments.

Does anyone have experience with regard to using chocolate to dominate someone or be dominated by someone? Or any other food for that matter?... but mostly chocolate. I have heard of dietary servitude/domination where someone's diet is decided by another, but what else can be done with chocolate?

I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts.
I haven't had any experience with it, but I would like to expand on the dom issue you mentioned.
In the show Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, the Jem'Hadar are/is controlled by a substance called "The White" which can be compared to military tactics with LSD and Cocaine.
Chocolate has proven to be an addictive mood enhancer which also depresses an individual like a sugar rush that's worn out.
The positive reinforcement as you call it is usually done with butterscotch candies or something.
If chocolate is used, it would be used in the form of addictive control like the Jem'Hadar.

The only ways I've heard of chocolate used sexually (aside from erotic cakes) are girls wrestling in chocolate pudding, licking chocolate syrup off your partner, and most recently, using a chocolate covered breadstick-like cookie as a dildo.
I urge you not to do the last one.
By mood enhancer, I mean briefly.
Not enough time to be a true aphrodisiac such as oysters.

Well... most of the times I've ever had an aphrodisiac-like effect from chocolate just came from the taste itself. I consider myself to have a refined taste when it comes to chocolate (refined doesn't necessarily mean expensive, just good quality) so the taste itself is a very sensual experience.Adding a blindfold while slowly feeding your partner chocolate could increase that sensuality, since when one of your senses is removed the others become more acute.

But I think butterscotch candies or something would be horrible positive reinforcement. To me... nothing beats chocolate. Now granted, no one would be reinforcing my actions... but I would want any subbie I'd have to realize just how much I want good/proper behavior. A half-assed reward can result in half-assed behavior, which is not an option.

I would agree with chocolate posing a possible addiction. Which in that case, would make it all the more fun/dubious to control or have power over for someone.

I volunteer as official taste tester!!!

Called it. :D
Well now.... aren't we taking jobs not assigned to us.;) Even the taste tester has to report to the Chef, I hope you realize. Besides, everyone gets some of our chocolaty delights.

I don't know about fantasies but those pictures are definitely inspiring... I'd crawl a mile for some of that
Well.... take that statement as an example, and ask yourself a question.

Lets ask everyone the same one.... ;)

What would everyone be willing to do in order to get chocolate?
