Pillsbury has come to my rescue.

They have created this packages where pre-shaped dough has been laid in a paper tray in a totally resealable package. Now I can buy twenty cookies and take twenty days to eat them without having to go through that whole pesky "bake" business.

Think of the enviromental ramifications of this. Less electricity and natural gas usage due to people not cooking the cookies. Will cookies have to be renamed to uncookies? rawees? softees? meltees in your mouthees?

mmmmm. I can taste the texture and sweetness of the dough. The hard little bits of chocolate combined with the sugary bit of softness. Reminds me of something else...what was it? Hard little bits, softness, sweet...hmmm. oh well I am sure I'll remember eventually.

i skip the baking part and rip open that handy-dandy zip package whenever i need a cookie-dough fix...

round shaped lil pieces of heaven in my fridge
-wink-
