It will probably break up early.

The food will be upstairs, of course. There is access to the hotel bar, but we aren't supposed to bring any of our own food into the party room.

(We couldn't see spending $20 for a pitcher of ice tea and $75 for a couple of sandwiches, of course.)

We envision lots of up and down movement, bringing drinks into the party room (pretending they're from the bar, of course) some music and mingling.

After - we go upstairs to the reserved meeting rooms and continue.
