But hubby is either sterile or gay. So wifey, not wanting to lose the lifestyle, needs to get preggers.

Maybe Step mom finds out hubby and wife's plans to get pregnant by other means so she forces her son to be the one to do the deed.
That way when the baby is born they can say the child should be with the RIGHTFUL father AND has the right to all the money.
However the step sister isn't liking this plan too much because while being a little more than average doesn't have a lot of selfesteem and for some reason never really dated much. Mostly because she has never been able to find anyone to match her standards- her standards coming from how she sees her brother as a man.
After hearing about all this she starts thinking about the idea of her brother sleeping with her stepbrother's wife, sure he has had girl friends he has slept with before but she never really thought about it. She gets worked up at the visions of her brother having sex with their step sister in law. Has to fight with herself about her feelings that her brother turns her on.
She admits it finally but now has to confront him that she wants him so that he doesn't go off and sleep with their step sister in law.
Does the brother play both sides? Does he try and convince his sister to help impregnant the stepsister in law?
Is he completely sickened with his sister for her "unclean" thoughts?

Perhaps the mother brings it up- the idea of the son sleeping with the step son's wife as a joke, however because he does have an attraction to her he thinks a good idea and follows it through.
