I have this... let's say an idea.

There is a couple. She's a pretty and hot girl, and a cosplayer.

When they're at a con together, he's the 'fix it guy'. He carries sewing supplies, hot glue and such, wandering the area and helping others with costume/props malfunctions and such. For that, he's quite known in the community, and quite beloved.

Unbeknown to him, at the same time his girlfriend is absolutely ravaged by handsome cosplayer's big dicks in cloaksrooms, backstages, restrooms and such. But she doesn't feel any remorse, maybe because she tells herself that this is only part of the act and her characters do that, not the real life her.

Perhaps he’s not clueless - instead he may be clueing in other cosplayers as to his girl’s kinks and desires as he fixes costume malfunctions. He enjoys the microphones he hides in all her costumes, and occasionally manages to sneak a camera in place to record happenings

There is no such thing as a cosplay character. You can cosplay whatever character you want. I believe that includes those ftom porn or erotica.

Also, although some don't recognize it as cosplay, you can provide your reinterpretation or variant of the character. So if you want your character to be a slut hungry for cocks and pussies alike, you can do it.
