The chat here is hard to get onto. Really from what I've seen it's not that great either. You have to try and try and try, then you get on if you keep trying. I guess it's really busy but what is going on seems like noffin to me. *shrugs*
I don't know that most dominant women like to chat with potential male subs. You might try the BDSM personal ads?
Anyone I chatted with came from which ever site we had mutual interests at, then went to chats in AOL, Yahoo, Msn, or whatever chat program they and I used or were willing to use. I hardly chat with anyone now. I don't have the time or interest.

Rule Number 1 - There is no such thing as "private" chat. People from the ISP can monitor their channels. Anyone in the chat room can see your conversation. Once it leaves your keyboard (meaning you hit your Send key) You might as well have posted what you typed on a billboard. Granted, not everyone in the world will see it, but believe me, plenty of people will
Rule Number 2 - There is no such thing as a "private" conversation or exchange of email on the internet. Too many people have access through every ISP your message routes through to get to it's destination. See Rule Number 1.
Rule Number 3 - If you want ANY kind of privacy on the Internet your data MUST be encrypted. Try using PGP keys for your email.
Rule Number 4 - Don't post anything in a chat room, mail list or blog site you don't want the entire fraggin' world to see. Anyone who sees it, and wants to, can probably copy it, and forward it anywhere they want to. Anyone half-assed competent with a computer CAN copy it.
Rule Number 5 - If you don't expect privacy, you won't be disappointed, heart-broken or surprised when your intimate conversation, or photos, turn up on someone's blog site, like that guy who posed as a cute girl and then hammered all the bozos who replied to the personal ad...
Rule Number 6 - If you want to talk to a female Dominant, search Google - "Professional Dominant" You will get thousands of hits. If you want to refine the search, use "Professional Dominant <Insert YOUR Location Here>"
