Would someone tell me what to do ?
Since I've changed my user name can’t enter chat . is there a problem with my name? have I been banned?
I've sent several messages to support team but unfortunately no one could fix that, and don’t know to whom I should speak to. Would you please do something about it , if you guys -for some reason- can’t or don’t want to assist me, you can at least tell me so , so I’ll just delete my account and won’t bather you again

Totally agree , but live chat is still more interesting, maybe because I'm kind of person who don’t prefer to talk on public
