chat wont turn off

i am unable to log into chat yet room chats are going on, even if i turn my off.

So I am assuming that the banner in any rooms you are in reposted? This happens sometimes. I am assuming you probably went to go check on another website or left your chat idle for a while. That's what we call a ghost boot. The site is dumb and will partially kick you out.

So clear your cache and cookies on your browser and restart it fully and let us know if that does not work.
