Chat room logging issues

Hello , Everytime I try to enter chat the page starts to load for a second or two, then goes blank with no explanation, please advise ;

I think because your user id starts with 0. Somebody told me chat has a glitch about that; they had a 0 username before and same thing happened. They had to mak a new username.

it could be the 0 issue, though i have seen people with 0 in the room before.
