Chat room log in issue / chrome

I have been seeing an issue with logging into the chatroom while using chrome. If I use Microsoft excel I can get in without issue. But with chrome, I keep being sent back to this page. And yes it's updated and the latest version.

Just fyi, I am able to consistently log in to Chat with the Chrome browser, from my desktop computer.
