Can’t remember my chat password .. clicked on the ‘forgotten password’ link multiple times now over the last 3 weeks, but never get the reset email it promises. Yes, checking junk mail box ...
Been told on here that it has been a tech issue for a year now ... so how do i change/reset my chat p/w ?
