Chat not working

Hey so between yesterday and today 12/11/2024 i have not been able to get into the live chat. It says its not working and no matter how long i wait its not working. So is there like maintenance being done or something?

I honestly just want to see the screenshot like im not trying to throw a tantrum so i apologize for sounding like i am. i just dont remember the incident. Because the only time i normally engage in such behavior is in pm usually because its the other person's kink. Ive assumed once to my memory it was based on what they had in their profile, it was super dumb and i do recall having apologized for the mistake but it was weeks ago not anything recent. I'm not demanding access back it is what it is, i just want to see what happened. I think its only fair since the only what I figured this was through this post and not by an email or a warning or anything. If i did something bad i own up to it it was a dumb mistake obviously but i still did it.
