Chat not working?

Chat used to work without issue but tonight it's simply loading but never loads. Is anyone else having an issue with it?

Chat is inaccessible every night, from 7pm to 7:30pm, PST. Those who are already logged in at that time are able to continue to chat, but anyone who tries to log in will get a "connecting" screen that never resolves.
