chat issues

Hello Tech support , since you’ve changed my user name by my request, I wasn’t able to enter the chat room , I wonder if I was banned and why ?

to my knowledge you arent banned.. but sometimes i hae heard of people having chat connection issues if they have changed their user name - a glitch in the matrix sorta thing.. i am not sure if there is a fix or it or not.
