Chat is broken?

Hi, is anyone else having trouble with chat? Every time I try it lately it hangs up on the initialization screen.

You can still get in...if you keep reloading, and reloading, and reloading, etc. It usually lets you in within, oh, 5-10 min? Of course, once you're in you have rather frequent lag and boots, so good luck to you
