I have 3 of those. 1 has the spikes inside/ they poke but dont break any skin

mine like that is big for me too. I have used a zip tie to keep the hinge closed tight

I have 2 cobra knock off's
the small, nano, nub. they all fit well. each has a little different feel. the small lets me grow somewhat, the nano is a nice fit also.
the nub really keeps it contained and makes the balls stand out more
