This Sunday will mark two weeks of a six week lock. I use a random generator to determine length of lock, with 26 being the upper limit. Just for fun, I rolled a second time and it came up 23, so I am thinking of just going straight into the second lock without a break from the first. I have found that after ten days to two weeks of being locked, I prefer it to being free. I was looking at my calendar and the end of the 23 week lock is 27 September. It just makes sense to stay locked theee more days, do Locktober, then NOvember, and Denial December. If I want to end on the weekday I originally locked, I would then unlock on 3 January(of 2027!). That would make for 42 weeks, or 294 days. Seems like a reasonable goal to me.
Yeah, that’s an aggressive goal. I hope to be able to work up to that. I’m going to keep going on my current lockup until I can’t take it anymore. I’m not 100% locked as I remove it to shower, shave and use the restroom, but that is probably fewer than 20 minutes a day.
